Eligibility & Acceptable Use

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years old (or have legal capacity to contract).
Using our services for legitimate business or organizational purposes.

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our hardware or software.
Attempt to bypass security features.
Use our platform for unlawful monitoring (e.g., facial recognition, surveillance beyond agreed scope).

Pilot Programs & Partnerships

Agreements: Each pilot project will be subject to a written agreement outlining the duration, objectives, and responsibilities of both parties.
Data Ownership: CrowdVision.ai retains ownership of the technology and analytical methods used. Pilot partners may receive access to reports, but not raw AI models or proprietary datasets.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information, including business data, technical documents, and strategic plans.
