Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 8, 2026

At CrowdVision.ai, privacy is not just a compliance requirement—it is the architecture of our product. This policy outlines how we handle data with our Edge AI technology.

1. Data Collection & Minimization

We process video data locally on Edge devices. We strictly do not collect, store, or transmit Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or facial recognition data. Only anonymized metadata (counts, density) leaves your premises.

2. Edge Processing

All video analysis occurs on-premise. Raw video footage is processed in volatile memory and discarded immediately. It is never streamed to the cloud.

3. Data Usage

Aggregated data is used solely for providing occupancy analytics, safety alerts, and system performance monitoring. We do not sell data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Clients configure their own data retention policies. By default, granular data is retained for 30 days and aggregated historical data for 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

While we do not process personal data, we support your rights to audit and verify our "Privacy by Design" architecture.
