These Terms govern your use of the CrowdVision.ai platform. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms, which prioritize safety and ethical usage.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use CrowdVision technology for surveillance, individual tracking, or any purpose that violates human rights or local privacy laws. Attempting to reverse-engineer anonymity features is strictly prohibited.

2. Service Availability

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our Cloud Dashboard. Edge device functionality is designed to be resilient to network outages.

3. Intellectual Property

The Edge AI algorithms and dashboard interface remain the exclusive property of CrowdVision.ai.

4. Liability

CrowdVision.ai provides data for decision support. We are not liable for operational decisions made based on occupancy data.
